Site dashboard
The dashboard is the first screen you see when you open a site. It answers two questions at a glance: what is in this site, and what has been happening to it.
Everything on it is read‑only — it is a summary, not an editor. Every number links or corresponds to the module that owns it.
1. Choosing an environment
The environment tabs sit at the top of the page, directly under the site name.
Every content figure below them — the totals, the breakdown ring and the module tiles — describes the environment you have selected. Switching from Development to Production re‑reads all of them.
Your choice is remembered for the rest of your session, so returning to the dashboard puts you back where you were.
Activity is the exception
The Logs column and the two activity panels are site‑wide, not per‑environment, and do not change when you switch tabs. Some actions — creating the site, editing its environments, running a sync — belong to the site as a whole and carry no environment at all, so filtering them by environment would hide exactly those.
2. If the site is scheduled for deletion
When a site has a deletion scheduled, an amber Site Deletion Scheduled! banner sits above the dashboard — and above every other screen in that site — naming the date the deletion can be finalised:
Deletion can be finalized on 29/07/2026, but admin may cancel this action until it is permanently processed.
It stays there for the whole waiting period, so it is never possible to work inside a site that is on its way out without knowing. To call the deletion off, go to Site Configuration → Cancel Deletion — see Sites & environments.
A one-off confirmation toast also appears at the moment you schedule the deletion; the banner is the lasting reminder.
3. Overview
Total content
The large number is everything the selected environment holds, added up across every content module. Underneath it, the three largest groups are called out by name.
Only the modules your role lets you see are counted. If your privileges don't include pages, pages are not in your total — the figure always matches the tiles in front of you.
Content breakdown
The ring shows the same total split by module, largest first. Empty modules are left out rather than drawn as slivers, so the legend lists only what actually exists.
Environments, languages, allocated users
- Active environments — how many environments this site currently runs.
- Active languages — how many languages it serves.
- Allocated users — how many people can reach this site (super‑admins, who reach every site, plus anyone granted this one).
Actions / 30d
How many logged actions this site has seen in the last 30 days. It follows the tab selected in the Logs column: on My activities it counts only yours, on All activities it counts everyone's.
Activity — last 7 days
A day‑by‑day line for the past week, labelled with the weekday. Days with no activity are shown as zero rather than skipped, so the shape is honest.
Days are your calendar days — the chart uses your computer's timezone, so an evening action appears on the evening you performed it.
The figure beside the heading is that week's total, which is normally smaller than the 30‑day number on the tile.
4. Content modules
One tile per module, each showing its count in the selected environment. Clicking a tile opens that module's list, already filtered to the same environment.

A tile appears only if your role includes the privilege to view that module — see Roles & privileges.
5. Logs
My activities / All activities
- My activities — everything you did on this site. Everyone with access to the site sees this tab.
- All activities — everything anyone did. This tab requires Can View Logs (
CVL), or super‑admin.
Switching tabs also re‑reads the activity tile, the trend chart and the breakdown below, so the whole page describes the same set of actions.
Refresh re‑reads the newest activity without reloading the page.
By type · 30 days
The window's actions grouped into four kinds — Created, Edited, Deleted, Restored — each bar showing that kind's share of the total.
The activity list
Newest first, 20 at a time; Load more appends the next 20.
Each row shows what was done, which item it affected, who did it, when, and — where the action belongs to one — an environment badge. Actions that belong to the whole site carry no badge, and are never hidden.
What is not here
Actions that aren't tied to a site — managing users, roles, or your own account — belong to the client, not to this site, so they never appear in a site's feed.
